To keep all your communication between customer, your service technicians, planning and customer contact center central, we offer you a link between SuperOffice Customer Service and the OutSmart work order app. After you have made a request in SuperOffice Customer Service, you can easily plan a work order in OutSmart from this request. The service technician sees this work order in his app, carries out the work and completes the work order. After checking the work order in OutSmart, you can automatically process the approved work order to SuperOffice. Your customer contact center will receive a notification of the approved work order and can forward it to the customer. This way you keep communication central and accessible for everyone in the company.
