Flexitec improves efficiency with All-CRM's digital work order
Flexitec, based in 's-Heerenberg, specializes in passenger and goods lifts and provides tailor-made solutions for every situation.

From low to high, small to large, and light to heavy. Every detail is carefully coordinated with the customer. This includes the control of gates, doors, and barriers, which are developed entirely in-house. Flexitec is characterized by short lines of communication, extensive expertise, and a personal approach.

Flexitec has been using SuperOffice CRM for years. “All communication, correspondence, and elevator information is recorded in SuperOffice. In this way, SuperOffice supports us throughout the entire sales, order, and after-sales process,” says enthusiastic user Rick Knippers.
Until recently, we used the so-called “carbon copy” paper work order for installation and repair work. This work order was then manually entered into SuperOffice CRM for invoicing. Because technicians are often on the road and rarely come to the office, this meant that work orders were processed and invoiced late. Communication also often went wrong because the slips were difficult to read. In addition, we did not have up-to-date time registration. All in all, it was a time-consuming process and not very professional.

The Solution
All-CRM is a certified partner of SuperOffice. Together with All-CRM, we searched for a suitable solution to automate our work orders. We chose Outsmart. With the “Outsmart for SuperOffice” module developed by All-CRM, we now have full integration between SuperOffice and Outsmart. In addition to customer data, our lifts are also automatically transferred to Outsmart. Thanks to the link between Outsmart and AccountView and between AccountView and SuperOffice, invoicing is fast, we don't forget any orders, and we can see all the information in SuperOffice."

The Results
"In addition to having up-to-date planning and time registration, technicians can view or create a work order directly on their tablet. After the work has been carried out, the receipt is digitally signed by the customer. The signed receipt is checked by the office staff and an invoice order is automatically generated in AccountView. This invoice order is checked by the administration department and sent to the customer. The signed work order is also automatically sent to the customer by email from SuperOffice. This way, we don't lose any time, and the customer immediately has an overview of the work performed, materials used, and follow-up actions. The speed with which work orders are now processed and invoiced saves us time and money!  We don't forget any work orders and we store the data centrally in SuperOffice, so everyone can see what's happening with the customer.
